2. Purpose

These terms govern the purchase, on a pre-order basis, of wines from Crusoe Treasure, S.L., with payment in instalments and deferred delivery.

3. Nature of the Product

The customer purchases a wine currently undergoing underwater maturation. Delivery will take place after its extraction from the sea in 2026.

4. Price and Payment Method

Total price: 65,00 €
First payment due immediately: 42,00 €
Second payment due in September 2026: 23,00 €

5. Essential Condition of the Pre-Order

The first payment constitutes a non-refundable reservation. If the second payment is not made within the established period, the customer automatically forfeits the amount of the first payment.

6. Delivery

Free delivery in mainland Spain from October 2026. Delays may occur due to weather or technical reasons.

7. Right of Withdrawal

The customer may withdraw within 14 calendar days of the purchase. After this period, cancellations are not accepted.

8. Warranty

Three-year statutory warranty from delivery, in accordance with applicable regulations.

9. Data Protection

The data will be processed in accordance with the GDPR and the LOPDGDD.

10. Arbitration and Jurisdiction

The parties submit to the consumer arbitration system and, failing that, to the Courts of Bilbao.

Making the purchase implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions.
