- This wine has the sea as its source, thanks to its maturation through underwater ageing. Its origin is of the highest quality, in keeping with our winemaking standards.
- Because of our underwater ageing process, this wine falls outside any Designation of Origin.
- During the winemaking process, we do not use fining agents of animal origin.
