The Sea Soul No. 8 Duet invites you to enjoy a different wine experience: comparing the same wine after it has evolved in two completely different environments.
One bottle matures on land while the other is aged beneath the sea, in our reef winery.
The result is a surprising tasting experience where you can discover first-hand how the ocean influences the evolution of wine.

More information about this pack:
- Limited production: 500 units.
- This wine has the sea as its source, thanks to its maturation through underwater ageing. Its origin is of the highest quality, in keeping with our winemaking standards.
- Because of our underwater ageing process, this wine falls outside any Designation of Origin.
- Alcohol content: 14,5% Vol.
How to enjoy the experience
Step 1: The person leading the tasting should serve both wines in different glasses without revealing to the other participants which wine is which.
Step 2: We recommend beginning by tasting the glass containing the land-aged wine.
Step 3: Then taste the wine aged beneath the sea.
Step 4: Share opinions and impressions; every answer is valid, depending on what each person perceives: colour,, aromas,, flavour, and so on…
Step 5: Enjoy the tasting with a selection of snacks.
Step 6: Taste both wines again. The wines Crusoe Treasure are a carousel of sensations. The wine evolves every 10–15 minutes, offering a different experience, even 24–48 hours later.
Step 7: Finally, reveal the bottles and discover which wine has lived beneath the ocean.
