• Extraction from the sea: 09/10/2024 
• Limited edition: 4,276 units.
  
• Production: 6 months of underwater ageing.
• White grapes from old bush-trained vineyards located on the Spanish Mediterranean coast, made with a high-alcohol varietal typical of the area, which gives it an especially interesting acidity for our winemaking process.
• This wine has the sea as its origin, owing to its maturation through underwater ageing. Its source is of the highest quality, in keeping with our winemaking standards.
• As a direct result of our underwater ageing process, this wine falls outside any Designation of Origin.
• Alcohol content: 13.5% Vol.
