WINE RETURN POLICY

The CRUSOE TREASURE Store will accept product returns within the first 5 days from the date the customer receives the merchandise, provided that the conditions required by Law 47/2002, which regulates trade regulations, are met.

Returns will only be accepted if they have been previously authorized in writing by the CRUSOE TREASURE Store. To request this authorization, the customer must contact us in advance. Once authorized, we will inform them of the shipping address for the merchandise and the conditions for accepting the return. The merchandise must be returned in its original packaging, in perfect condition, and protected so that it is not covered by shipping seals or tape.

Once the merchandise has been received and verified to be in perfect condition, the refund will be processed. The CRUSOE TREASURE Store reserves the right to pay a lower amount if the merchandise does not arrive in perfect condition. Shipping costs incurred for the return will be borne by the customer. The shipping cost for the first delivery already made will be deducted from the total return amount.

Products Damaged in Transit

To process a claim for damage during transit, you must notify the shipping agency within 24 hours or call +34 94 401 50 40. If the external packaging is damaged upon delivery, please indicate this on the delivery note signed upon receipt of the order.

Once the claim is filed, CRUSOE TREASURE Store will collect the defective product, and once received, a product in perfect condition will be shipped at no cost to the customer.

RETURN POLICY FOR WINE TOURISM EXPERIENCES

Bookings for wine tourism experiences (such as wine tastings, winery visits, gastronomic experiences, or boat trips) have a specific date and time, so they are considered leisure services excluded from the right of withdrawal according to Article 103.l of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007.

Cancellations by the Client

In the event of cancellation by the client, no refunds will be issued, regardless of the reason. However, we will issue a voucher for the same amount that can be used within 12 months of the original booking date to exchange for another experience, always subject to availability.

This voucher is personal and non-transferable, and may only be used once.

Cancellations by Crusoe Treasure Winery

In the event we are forced to cancel the experience due to weather, technical, or organizational reasons, we will offer the client the option to:

Reschedule the experience for another date,

Receive a voucher for the amount paid, valid for 12 months.

Refund of 100% of the cost of the experience.
