• Blended wine. The passion of our great winemaker, Antonio T. Palacios, gently shaped by the sea. Deep knowledge of the terroir and the winery, rounded out by the sea to create treasures for the palate. This is an oenologically perfect wine.
• Packaging: Each bottle comes with a designer presentation case and tasting sheet. The illustrations depict the species found in our underwater winery.
• This wine belongs to the sea in origin, given its maturation through underwater ageing. Its provenance is of the highest quality, in keeping with our oenological standards.
• By virtue of our underwater ageing process, this wine falls outside any Designation of Origin.
• Each bottle of underwater wine is unique; no two are alike. Each bottle of Crusoe Treasure tells its own story.
  • When you receive your bottle Crusoe Treasure, if it is more opaque and encrusted, it is because it has spent time in a more sheltered area, surrounded by relative calm, where the small fish that inhabit the reef winery hide.
  • If you receive a cleaner bottle, it is because it has spent time in a wild location, exposed to the force of the Cantabrian Sea, which erodes it with such strength and intensity that deposits are less likely to form; there, only the strongest can survive and improve.
  • In either case, the wines Crusoe Treasure achieve their fullest evolutionary expression during the underwater ageing process.
