The pack Sea Soul Nº7 Duet invites you to enjoy a different wine experience: comparing the same wine after it has evolved in two completely different environments.
One bottle matures on land while the other undergoes underwater ageing beneath the sea, in our reef winery.
The result is a surprising tasting experience where you can discover first-hand how the ocean influences the evolution of wine.
What the Duet pack includes
The pack is designed to offer a complete tasting experience at home.
Includes:
- 1 bottle Sea Soul Nº7 aged beneath the sea
- 1 bottle Sea Soul Nº7 aged on land
- Special-edition illustrated case: The drawings depict the species that inhabit the underwater reef winery.
- Guided tasting access: book your personalised online tasting.
More information about this pack:
- Limited production: 500 units.
- This wine has the sea as its origin, given its maturation process through underwater ageing. Its provenance is of the highest quality, in line with our winemaking standards.
- As a direct result of our underwater ageing process, this wine falls outside any Denominación de Origen.
- Alcohol content: 13,5% Vol.
How to enjoy the experience
Step 1: The person leading the tasting should serve both wines in different glasses, without revealing to the other participants which wine is which.
Step 2: We recommend beginning by tasting the glass containing the wine aged on land.
Step 3: Then taste the wine that has undergone underwater ageing.
Step 4: Share opinions and sensations; all answers are correct, depending on what each person perceives: colour, aromas, taste, etc…
Step 5: Accompany the tasting with some nibbles.
Step 6: Taste both wines again. The wines Crusoe Treasure offer a carousel of sensations. The wine changes every 10–15 minutes, revealing a different expression, even 24–48 hours later.
Step 7: Finally, reveal the bottles and discover which wine has spent time beneath the ocean.
Ideal for enjoying as a couple, with friends or at a special dinner.
