• Single-varietal wine. Pure maritime soul. A grape-driven wine in which the sea brings out its fullest evolutionary expression.
•  White grapes from old bush-trained vineyards on the Spanish Mediterranean coast, made from a high-alcohol varietal typical of the area, which provides an intriguing acidity for our winemaking process.
• Packaging: Each bottle comes with a designer presentation case and tasting sheet. The illustrations depict the species found in our underwater winery.
• Each bottle of underwater wine is unique—no two are alike. Each bottle of Crusoe Treasure tells its own story.
• When you receive your bottle Crusoe Treasure, if it is more opaque and encrusted, it is because it has spent time in a more sheltered area, surrounded by relative calm, where the small fish inhabiting the reef winery take refuge.
• If you receive a cleaner bottle, it is because it has spent time in an untamed location, exposed to the force of the Cantabrian Sea, which erodes it with such strength and intensity that encrustations are less likely; only the strongest can survive and improve there.
• In either case, the wines Crusoe Treasure achieve their fullest evolutionary expression during the underwater ageing process.
• This wine belongs to the sea in origin, given its maturation system based on underwater ageing. Its origin is of the highest quality, in keeping with our oenological standards.
• As a direct result of our underwater ageing process, this wine falls outside any Designation of Origin.
• We do not use animal-derived fining agents during the winemaking process.
• Alcohol content: 13,5% Vol.
