• Elaboration: 6 months of underwater hoarding.
• Single-varietal wine. A pure marine soul. A wine based on grapes, in which the sea provides its maximum evolutionary expression.
• White grape from old bush-grown vineyards located on the Spanish Mediterranean coast, made with a high-alcohol varietal, typical of the area, which gives it a very interesting acidity for our production process.
• Packaging: Each bottle comes with a designer case and tasting sheet. The drawings represent the species in our underwater winery.
• Each bottle of underwater wine is unique , no two are alike. Each bottle of Crusoe Treasure tells its own story.
• If when you receive your Crusoe Treasure bottle it is more opaque, with encrustations, it is because it has lived in a more protected area, surrounded by relative calm, where the small fish that live in the cellar-reef hide.
• If you receive a cleaner bottle, it is because it has lived in an untamed location, subjected to the wildness of the Cantabrian Sea, which erodes it with such force and intensity that adhesions are more difficult, there only the strongest can survive and improve.
• In any case, Crusoe Treasure wines achieve their maximum evolutionary expression during their underwater storage process.
• This wine belongs to the sea as an origin, given its maturation system through underwater treasure . Its origin is of the highest quality, following our oenological standards.
• Due to the very fact of our underwater storage process, this wine is outside of any Denomination of Origin.
• During the process of making our wines we do not use clarification of animal origin.
• Alcohol content: 13.5% Vol.
