Monovarietal wine. Marine soul in its purest form. Wines based on grapes, where the sea provides its maximum evolutionary expression.
Packaging: Every bottle comes with specially designed gift box and booklet. A japanese artist has represented the marine species of the underwater cellar through watercolor paintings.
Production: Undersea treasuring for 9 months.
White grape from old goblet vineyards located on the Spanish Mediterranean coast, made with a varietal with a high alcohol content, typical of the area, which gives it a very interesting acidity for our production process.
Each underwater wine bottle is unique, there are no two identical bottles. Each Crusoe Treasure bottle tells its own story.
If when you receive your Crusoe Treasure bottle it is opaquer, with incrustations, it is because it has lived in a more protected area, surrounded by relative calm, where the small fish that live in the underwater winery- artificial reef hide.
If you receive a cleaner bottle, it is because it has lived in an indomitable location, subjected to the bravery of the Cantabrian Sea, which erodes it with such force and intensity that adhesions are more difficult, only the strongest can survive and improve.
In either case, Crusoe Treasure wines achieve their maximum evolutionary expression during their underwater treasuring process.
This wine belongs to the sea as its origin, given its maturation system through underwater treasuring. Its origin is of the highest quality, following our oenological standards.
Due to underwater treasuring process, this wine is outside of any Denomination of Origin.
During wine making process of our wines we do not use clarification of animal origin.

TASTING NOTE

Visual: Brilliant color, straw yellow with green hues. Clean and very bright.
Aroma: Elegant and earthy. Mineral hues of cobble stone, volcanic rock and granite. Fresh fruit of pineapple, peach and plum. In glass appearance of honey, sweet ripe melon and pear aromas. Full character with spicy notes.
Flavor: Intense, bold and full body, glycerin and silky, with a well-balanced acidity. Retronasal with fresh, citric and menthol, finishing in peach and plum. Very refreshing and structured.
