It begins to compute after accepting the payment. If this time is after 10.00 am, weekends or holidays, it will be moved to the next business day to start computing.

Shipments outside the Iberian Peninsula

CRUSOE TREASURE Store only makes shipments within Peninsular Spain with the price already closed. For the Balearic Islands the price of transport will be increased. For shipments to the Canary Islands and Ceuta and Melilla, additional customs and transport costs will be charged.

For shipments to the islands as well as to Ceuta and Melilla, shipments can exceed 72 hours.

RETURN POLICY

From the CRUSOE TREASURE Store we will accept returns of products within the first 5 days, counting from the date of receipt of the merchandise by the customer and provided that the conditions required by Law 47/2002, regulating the management of trade are met. .

Returns will only be accepted previously authorized by the CRUSOE TREASURE Store in writing. To request this authorization, the client will contact us in advance and once authorized, the shipping address of the merchandise and the conditions for the return to be accepted will be indicated. The merchandise must be returned in its original packaging, in perfect condition and protected so that it is not received with seals or adhesive transport tapes.

Once the merchandise has been received and verified that it is in perfect condition, the amount will be refunded. CRUSOE TREASURE Store reserves the right to pay a lower amount in case the material does not arrive in perfect condition. The transport costs originated by the return will be borne by the customer. The cost of the transport of the first delivery already made will be deducted from the total amount of the return.

Products damaged by transport

In order to process a claim for damage during transport, you must notify the transport agency within a maximum period of 24 hours or by phone +34 94 401 50 40 or if the external packaging is found deteriorated at the time of delivery, indicate it on the delivery note that is signed when the order is received.

Once the claim is made, Tienda CRUSOE TREASURE takes care of the collection of the defective product and once received, a product in perfect condition is sent at no cost to the customer.
